PROJECT & ROLE:

Gut renovation of historic hotel in Miami’s MiMo district.

Major update to guestrooms and public spaces, including subdivision of guestrooms to increase key count metric and updated kitchen equipment.

Managed team handling design development and renovation to provide facelift to existing hotel, bringing it to brand standard.

Worked hand-in-hand with local consultants to provide remediation work and get property online to be available to guests.

Supervised design development, FF&E procurement efforts, and tenant improvement work conducted by landlord prior to brand possession of space.

Negotiated landlord work letter and lease terms to get best deal possible for brand.
