With more than 14 years leading hospitality, retail, wellness, and commercial development across the United States, Zach founded Meerkat to give owners a true advocate throughout the development process.
Before Meerkat, he led development and construction for brands including Joe & The Juice, Selina, and Life House. Today, he partners with growing brands to help navigate the complexity of opening successful new locations.
