  • Approximately 200 unit rental to condo gut renovation conversion.

  • Approximately 50 unit rental to condo gut renovation conversion.

  • Approximately 500 unit ADA upgrade and finish upgrade renovation.

  • Renovated multiple historic townhouses being used for student housing.

  • Traditional in-line retail project for Italian lingerie brand.

  • Traditional in-line retail project for Italian high fashion brand. Coordinated high value and highly custom millwork inserts for merchandising.

  • Academic department gut renovation and re-demising of walls/spaces throughout. New MEP and AV/IT systems installed.

  • Constructed Allegro Coffee in an existing storage area connected to Whole Foods Market; conducted a long term phased renovation within Whole Foods Market including temporary protections, store management relations, and controlled environment construction.

  • Gray box interior construction project for fitness center.

  • Installed gym and cycling studio in new development at Santana Row in the south Bay Area.

  • Major construction project consisting of new electrical service, new elevator shaft with pile foundation, new sprinkler system, new plumbing supply and waste risers, and high end lobby finishes throughout.

  • 10,000 sf office renovation inclusive of high end millwork, storefront installations, intricate ductwork/HVAC system, and imported tile/furniture.
